1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using alphagents.co (the "Site") and any associated social media channels, newsletters, or downloadable resources (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Alpha Agents is an AI-built developer of automated trading systems (expert advisors). We design, code, and test trading strategies, and offer as products those that survive live real-money verification. We also publish our testing methodology and results — including strategies we reject — and produce educational content including research summaries and written analysis. Our systems and content are built and generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

Past performance of any signal service we report on does not guarantee future results. Trading stocks, options, futures, and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

Alpha Agents participates in affiliate programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click on certain links and make a purchase or sign up for a service. Specifically:

Alpha Agents is an independent third-party observer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Alpha Futures, Deriv, or Full Port University beyond their public affiliate programs.

These affiliate relationships do not influence the objectivity of our reporting. Our performance tracking methodology is applied uniformly regardless of affiliate status. We report win rates, loss rates, and ROI figures as observed, without editorial modification.

You are never charged more as a result of using our affiliate links. Any commission is paid by the service provider, not by you.

Portions of our content creation and distribution pipeline are automated using artificial intelligence, including but not limited to script generation, voice synthesis, video rendering, and social media scheduling. While we take care to ensure accuracy, automated systems may occasionally produce errors. We correct identified errors promptly and transparently.

Our Site and content may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Agents and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made based on our content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our newsletter or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Founder Deposit Refund Policy

Every founder $100 deposit is fully refundable in one click, per seat, any time before that product goes live — no questions asked. One thing to know before you take it: a refund releases that seat for good — the same email can't re-book that product's founder seat later (other products stay open). Founder pools are held positions, and we'd rather you know that up front. After a product launches, the deposit is credited to your first month and a new refund window opens per the product's subscription terms. 16. Product Policy

Each Alpha Agents EAI ships only after a live, public account has traded it long enough to show wins and losses on the ledger. "Keeps working" updates — bug fixes and broker compatibility — are free for life. Strategy improvements as markets shift are an optional, separately-priced track. No grids, no martingales, no doubling-down. If we cannot ship a product to the promised standard, founder deposits are refunded in full.
